Please read these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") carefully before using vegas7.ag. By opening a Player Account you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

The website vegas7.ag ("Vegas7", the "Website", the "Platform", "we", "us", "our") is owned and operated by Block Dance S.R.L., a company incorporated under registration number 1877052692 with its registered office at 77-79 Scharlooweg, Willemstad, Curaçao. The Platform operates under gaming licence [LICENCE NO.] issued by [LICENSING AUTHORITY].

Online gambling may be unlawful or restricted in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for confirming that your use of the Platform is permitted under the laws that apply to you. Vegas7 does not provide legal advice and makes no representation regarding the legality of the Services in any jurisdiction.

We may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by notice on the Website where practicable, but you remain responsible for reviewing this page periodically. Continued use of the Platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms may be translated into other languages for convenience. The English version is the sole legally binding version and prevails in the event of any inconsistency.

Vegas7 accepts players only from jurisdictions in which online gambling is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to confirm this before registering or placing a wager.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use the Platform. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where satisfactory proof is not provided.

You may not register or play if you are resident in, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Territory. The current list of Restricted Territories is maintained on the Website and may be updated without notice. Vegas7 cannot guarantee the processing of any withdrawal or refund where a player has breached this restriction.

Promotions, bonuses and VIP rewards may be unavailable to players in certain jurisdictions as stated in the relevant promotional terms.

Any claim brought against Vegas7 on the basis that your participation was unlawful in your jurisdiction will be treated as void.

Games are supplied by third-party providers and Vegas7. Individual games may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions in line with provider policies, which may change from time to time.

By accepting these Terms you confirm that you understand the rules of each game you play. Theoretical return-to-player (RTP) information is available within each game or on request.

Provably fair games on the Platform allow you to independently verify the outcome of each round using the seed and nonce data provided. Instructions are available in the Provably Fair section of the Website.

The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in the cryptocurrencies displayed on the Cashier page. The list of supported assets and networks may change without notice.

Each currency must be sent only to its dedicated deposit address on the network shown on the Cashier page. Unsupported tokens, smart-contract transfers and cross-chain transactions will not reach us and will be permanently lost.

Where a currency is available on more than one network (for example USDT), you must select the correct network on the deposit page before sending. Funds sent on a network other than the one selected will not be credited.

Currencies that require a destination tag or memo (for example XRP) must be sent with the exact tag shown on your deposit page. Transactions sent without it, or with an incorrect tag, cannot be recovered.

Minimum deposit amounts are shown on the deposit page for each currency. Deposits below the minimum will not be credited and cannot be recovered. Vegas7 does not charge deposit fees; network fees deducted by your wallet are your responsibility.

Your account will be credited with the exact amount confirmed on the blockchain. Deposits are credited once the required number of network confirmations has been reached.

Currency exchange is not offered on the Platform. Funds deposited in a given currency may only be used to play and withdraw in that currency. A USD display value may be shown for convenience; it does not change the underlying currency of your balance.

Withdrawals to any deposit address belonging to a Vegas7 account, including your own, are prohibited. Such requests will be flagged and may result in a temporary account lock.

If funds are sent to an incorrect or unsupported address or network, recovery will be attempted only at our sole discretion, only for amounts equal to or exceeding USD 1,000 at the time of reporting, and only where technically feasible. A recovery fee determined by our payment processor will be deducted from any recovered amount. To be considered, you must report the transaction within 7 days with the full transaction hash and evidence of ownership of the sending wallet. Recovery is not guaranteed.

You are solely responsible for any taxes, levies or fees applicable to your winnings under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Vegas7 does not act as a financial institution. Your balance does not earn interest and no fiat-to-crypto or crypto-to-crypto exchange services are provided.

Gambling involves the risk of losing money. By accepting these Terms you acknowledge this risk, and Vegas7 is not liable for any financial loss arising from your use of the Platform.

Vegas7 is not liable for hardware or software faults, internet connectivity issues, or any other technical problem that restricts your access or interrupts play.

If a wager is accepted or a payment made in error, we reserve the right to void the affected wagers or to re-settle them at the terms that would have applied had the error not occurred.

Any funds credited to your account in error remain our property and will be deducted. If you have already withdrawn such funds, the amount constitutes a debt owed by you to Vegas7. You must notify us immediately on becoming aware of any incorrect credit.

Vegas7, its directors, employees, partners and service providers give no warranty that the Platform or its software is error-free, fit for purpose or uninterrupted, and accept no liability for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental loss arising from your use of the Platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vegas7, its directors, employees, partners and service providers against all claims, losses, costs and liabilities arising from your use of the Platform or breach of these Terms.

Vegas7 is the final arbiter of whether a breach of these Terms has occurred and of any resulting suspension or termination.

Products on the Platform are consumed instantly on play. No returns, refunds or cancellations are possible once a wager is placed.

Balances, counters and promotional figures displayed on the Website are indicative only and may update with a delay. In the event of any discrepancy, the records held in our platform systems are final.

By registering you declare and warrant that:

• you are of legal age and lawfully permitted to gamble online in your jurisdiction;
• you act on your own behalf and not for any other person;
• all information you provide is accurate and complete and you will keep it updated;
• you will keep your login credentials confidential and take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access;
• you will not use any payment method or wallet belonging to a third party;
• you will not engage in collusion, fraud, match-fixing, bot usage, software exploits or any other unlawful or unfair activity;
• you understand that cryptocurrencies are treated as virtual funds on the Platform, carry no guaranteed value and may fluctuate significantly;
• you accept the risk of losing funds deposited into your account.

We may suspend your account and block transactions if we suspect it is being used by someone other than you. We are not obliged to monitor for unauthorised access, and all transactions made with your correct credentials are treated as valid whether or not authorised by you.

You must treat other players and our staff with courtesy. Abusive, obscene or harassing conduct in chat or support channels may result in suspension or closure.

Each person may hold only one Player Account. One account is permitted per person, household, IP address, device and payment wallet.

Creating or controlling multiple accounts may result in closure of all related accounts, confiscation of balances and reclaiming of any bonuses, winnings or withdrawals obtained through duplicate accounts.

You may not share your account or allow any third party, including minors, to access it.

Accounts are for personal use only and may not be used for any commercial purpose.

You must supply a valid email address and complete all mandatory profile fields before deposits and withdrawals are enabled. Providing false information may result in account closure and retention of funds.

Collusion between players and the use of bots, scripts or automated tools is prohibited. Gameplay resulting from such activity may be voided.

At least one deposit must be made before any withdrawal is permitted, regardless of the source of the balance.

An account with no deposits, wagers or withdrawals for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. A monthly administrative fee of USD 10 (or the remaining balance if lower) may be deducted from dormant accounts until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by contacting support.

Responsible gaming tools including loss limits, wager limits, session limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion are available in your account settings. Decreases take effect immediately; increases take effect only after the existing limit expires and email confirmation is received.

At least one deposit and satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements are required before a withdrawal can be processed. Accounts may be subject to security verification before the first withdrawal.

Deposited funds may be withdrawn while a bonus remains active; however, once a bonus expires, any remaining bonus funds and associated winnings may be voided.

You may request removal of an active bonus. Doing so also removes any winnings generated from that bonus. This action cannot be reversed.

Withdrawal limits are USD 100,000 (or equivalent) per rolling 7-day period and USD 200,000 (or equivalent) per rolling 30-day period, unless otherwise stated in promotional terms or extended at our discretion for higher VIP tiers or jackpot winners.

Large withdrawals may be paid in monthly instalments of up to USD 200,000 (or equivalent) until settled in full.

Withdrawals above USD 500 (or equivalent) require confirmation of the destination address. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the address entered; it cannot be changed once processing has begun.

In line with anti-money laundering requirements, funds must be wagered at least once (1x) after deposit before a withdrawal of those funds will be approved.

If you win a prize connected to a major promotion you agree to participate in reasonable publicity. We may publish your username in connection with promotion results.

Vegas7 may offer welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, rakeback, free spins and other promotions at its sole discretion. Each promotion is subject to these Terms and to the specific promotional terms published with it.

Unless otherwise stated, deposit bonuses expire 24 hours after being credited. Wagering requirements not met within that period result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Winnings from a bonus become withdrawable cash only after the bonus has been wagered the number of times stated in the promotion (typically 40x to 50x).

Game contribution to wagering requirements: slots contribute 100%. Table games, live casino, poker, video poker, skill games, casual games, fishing games, multiplayer games, scratch cards and all other categories contribute 0% unless the promotion states otherwise.

Bets are deducted from your cash balance first and from your bonus balance only once the cash balance is exhausted.

Requesting a withdrawal before wagering requirements are met may result in removal of the bonus and all associated winnings.

Bonus wagering progress is shown in your account dashboard and can be confirmed with support.

We may modify or cancel any promotion at any time. By using bonus funds you accept all applicable promotional terms.

Vegas7 does not tolerate advantage play. Where we determine that a player has accepted a bonus primarily to extract positive expected value through known techniques, we may confiscate winnings, void the bonus, close the account and withhold further withdrawals.

Examples of advantage play include, without limitation: deferring game rounds, free spins or bonus features until wagering requirements are cleared; depositing while unfinished bonus features remain in a game; low-risk or opposite betting designed to clear wagering; and exploiting promotional mechanics in any manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

Vegas7 operates a strict anti-fraud policy supported by automated and manual controls. Activity treated as fraud includes, without limitation:

• collusion with other players;
• strategies intended to obtain unfair winnings, including the use of software, bots or exploits;
• fraudulent conduct against other operators or payment providers;
• chargebacks, double-spends or repudiation of payments;
• operating multiple accounts;
• providing false registration data or forged documents;
• money laundering or any other form of cheating.

Where fraudulent activity is identified we may permanently close the account and declare the entire balance, including deposits, bonuses and winnings, void.

We may terminate the account and suspend payouts to any player who is declared bankrupt in their country of residence, without stating reasons. We may report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities.

We may close any account and return the remaining balance, net of applicable charges, at our absolute discretion and without notice or explanation.

Where there is suspicion or evidence of manipulation of the casino system, we may retain payments and pursue criminal charges. We may modify or withdraw any game at any time.

If you become aware of any error or defect in the software you must not exploit it and must report it to us immediately. Failure to do so entitles us to recover all related costs from you.

We may void a wager in whole or in part where we determine that: you or an associate influenced the outcome of an event; the rules of the Platform were circumvented; the event was affected by criminal activity; the wager was accepted during a technical fault; or the wager was offered or accepted as a result of an error.

A deposit that does not confirm on the blockchain within one hour, or that is deliberately delayed, may be treated as fraud. Flagged deposits will disable the account, void all associated play and reset the balance to its pre-deposit state. Wagers placed against an unconfirmed deposit may be voided.

Vegas7 may request identity and address verification at any time and may restrict the Services, payments or withdrawals until verification is complete. Failure or refusal to complete verification may result in confiscation of the account balance.

Verification may require government-issued identification, proof of address, proof of source of funds, a selfie, a selfie with a handwritten note, a phone call or a live video call on a platform of our choosing. Documents must be in the Latin alphabet or supported by video verification.

Verification is conducted in English. Failure to communicate in English during the process may result in account closure and confiscation of the balance.

Submitting false or forged documents will result in refusal of withdrawal, termination of the account and confiscation of deposits and winnings.

If you do not respond to verification requests, we will make reasonable attempts to contact you for 28 days. If we cannot reach you, the funds will be retained.

You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected].

We may close your account and return the remaining balance, net of applicable withdrawal charges, at our absolute discretion without notice or explanation.

Complaints may be submitted to our support team at [email protected]. Complaints not resolved by support are escalated to management, and you will be kept informed of progress to a reasonable degree.

If a dispute is not resolved at management level, you may refer it to the licensing authority or independent dispute body listed on the Website.

In any dispute, the logs and records held on our game and transaction servers are the final authority. If the result shown on your screen differs from the server record, the server record prevails.

We will contact you regarding disputes using the contact details on your account.

Vegas7 is not liable for downtime, server disruption, latency or any technical or external disturbance to gameplay. Refunds are issued at management's sole discretion.

In the event of a system malfunction all affected wagers are void.

If a game is started but cannot be completed because of a system failure, the wagered amount will be returned to your account or, if the account no longer exists, paid to you by an approved method. Any accrued credit at the time of failure will be credited in the same way.

These Sportsbook terms apply in addition to the General Terms. Sport-specific rules are published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the Website.

We may change markets, limits, odds and offerings without notice. Changes do not affect bets already placed.

Multiple players betting from the same IP address, device or network is prohibited. Accounts may be blocked and bets cancelled.

We are not liable for errors in entering, transmitting or displaying bet information. Incorrectly accepted bets may be cancelled.

A bet is valid only when we confirm acceptance. We are not obliged to accept any bet and may reject or partially accept any bet without explanation.

Once placed, bets cannot be cancelled by the player. Bets may only be edited using the Edit Bet feature where available. We may cancel or amend a bet where an event is suspended or cancelled, where an obvious error exists in the bet or odds, where the bet breaches these Terms, or where required by law.

Casino bonuses, including welcome packages, are for slot play only and cannot be used on the Sportsbook. Placing sports bets while a casino bonus is active will cancel the bonus and may void associated winnings.

After each deposit, a 1x wager is required at minimum decimal odds of 1.40 for single bets or 2.00 for combination bets before withdrawal. Only settled bets count. Cashed-out, cancelled, pending and refunded bets do not count.

Minimum and maximum bet amounts are displayed at the time of placement and depend on sport, event and market. The maximum payout on any single bet or accumulator is USD 50,000 (or equivalent) unless stated otherwise. Up to 15 selections may be combined in one bet.

Results published by Vegas7 are the basis for settlement. Where official results differ, we will review and recalculate within 30 working days if required. Winnings are settled within 24 hours of official results.

Bets are accepted until the scheduled start of an event. Pre-match bets placed after commencement may be voided. In-play bets are accepted from start until conclusion; in-play bets placed after an outcome is known will be cancelled.

Odds and start times may change before commencement. Winnings are calculated at the odds accepted when the bet was placed. If odds change during placement you may be asked to confirm the new odds.

If an event is abandoned, bets are void unless the event resumes and completes within 24 hours.

In cases of obvious odds or rule errors we may settle affected bets at odds of 1.00. Invalid selections within a combination bet are settled at 1.00.

Bets may be cancelled where the player is a direct participant in the event, or where manipulation or fraud is indicated.

Cash Out is offered on selected markets and may be suspended, limited or withdrawn at any time, including for individual players suspected of misuse. We are not liable for temporary unavailability of Cash Out.

Arbitrage betting, opposite betting, group betting, collusion and the use of automated betting tools are prohibited and may result in voided bets, confiscation of funds and account closure.

We may offset any positive balance against amounts you owe us. Incorrectly credited bonuses or winnings remain our property and will be deducted; withdrawn amounts constitute a debt.

We are not responsible for player-side technical issues or for changes in payout value caused by exchange-rate fluctuations.

Our internal transaction log is the final authority in any sportsbook dispute.

These Terms and any matter arising from them are governed by the laws of Curaçao. You irrevocably agree that the courts of Curaçao have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and you waive any objection on the grounds of inconvenient forum. Nothing in this clause limits our right to bring proceedings against you in any other court of competent jurisdiction.
